EVENT: Spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon in the company of fellow wine lovers, top chefs, and a wine professional learning about the wonderful world of Spanish wines while discovering the magic of rice 'Llauna' style (!) from a wood-fired oven ánd quality cuisine with market produce in a fantastic new restaurant in Madrid run by top chefs Flor (Argentina) and Randy (Bolivia). It is the perfect way to discover incredible wines while immersing yourself in the cuisine of this amazing restaurant.
LUNCH: a full course meal with a delicious selection of 6 wines awaits, paired with different dishes. The rice 'Llauna' style (rectangular paella pan) is the star of the restaurant, but there will also be juicy meat and other delicious dishes with market produce.
NANJA is a wine expert (DipWSET4 level) and has created many wine-tasting events over the past years. She is passionately taking unique and lesser-known Spanish wines to the public. Will you come and join us during this gastronomic afternoon?
