EVENT: Spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon in the company of fellow wine lovers, top chefs, and a wine professional learning about the wonderful world of Spanish wines whilst discovering the magic of rice 'Llauna' style (!) ánd quality cuisine with market produce in a fantastic new restaurant in Madrid run by top chefs Flor (Argentina) and Randy (Bolivia). The perfect way to discover incredible wines whilst immersing yourself in the cuisine of this amazing restaurant.
LUNCH: a 4-course meal with a delicious selection of 6 wines awaits, paired with different dishes. The rice 'Llauna' style (rectangular pan) is the star of the restaurant, but there will also be juicy meat and other delicious dishes with market produce.
NANJA has created many wine-tasting events over the past years and is passionately taking Spanish wines to the public. Will you come and join us during this gastronomic afternoon?

A delicious selection of 5 Spanish wines (*but there might be a 6th extra 'surprise' wine...) all very unique and several small in production. Sparkling, white, and red. These will be paired with different dishes during four courses of which the rice 'Llauna' style is the star of the restaurant. Top chefs Randy (Bolivia) and Flor (Argentina) are going to tell you all about it while Nanja (Dutch) is going to share her wine knowledge.
NOTE: includes meat, fish, seafood, cheese, etc.
